Refund Policy

In-store Orders

Full priced items can be returned for in-store for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to being in unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached. Refunds are only given in the event of an item being faulty.

Made to Order Items, school uniform and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange as these are made just for you.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned.

Online Orders

Online orders are only eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. This excludes personalised or made to order items, which are not eligible for return unless faulty. 

To return an item, you must first notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return it. Once we agree to take the return, you have another 14 days to return the goods. If the goods are not sent in that time frame, the item(s) will cease to be eligible for return.

Online returns are subject to being in unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached. Refunds will not be given on items returned outwith the 14 day period stated above, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take 3-4 days to land back in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can however be exchanged for other goods or store credit within 14 days of you receiving the item.


Faulty Items

Outwith the 14 days stated above, we will replace or refund items that are faulty upto 30 days from the date of you receiving your order. You need to be able to show us that the item was faulty at the point of purchase. If you have received a faulty item, please send us an email at rory@leisuretimesports.co.uk and we will advise on next steps.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Leisure Time Sports Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3JG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
